15-Day Returns & Exchanges

Our commitment to your satisfaction includes a straightforward 15-day exchange and return policy. If you encounter an issue with your order, contact us via email, phone, or message within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos highlighting any size mismatch or design/color variation from the website image so we can address it within the 15-day period. Our 24-hour customer support team is available to help resolve your concerns through a refund or exchange. Requests will not be accepted after 7 days of product receipt.

Order Cancellation

• Within 24 hours: cancellation is accepted without deductions.
• After 24 hours but within 5 days before delivery: a 35% deduction applies to the paid amount.
• After 3 days of order confirmation: cancellations are not accepted.

Exchange Policy

If your product matches our website but you would like a different color or size, we offer a free exchange service. You are only responsible for the postage cost.

For size discrepancies or variations from the website image, send photos of the product while wearing it and a collar tag photo within 7 business days of receipt, highlighting the issue, for return or exchange approval.

Return Policy

• Multiple orders for the same item in different sizes are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized items and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The buyer covers return shipping and the original outbound postage cost paid by us.
• Products without tags are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Return, refund, or exchange requests after 24 hours of product receipt will not be accepted.

Before shipping your product, our product inspector reviews its color, size, and stitching. For queries, email us with details of the product issue.

Refund Considerations

We will not assess refunds or credits for changes of mind, accidental purchases, requests exceeding 15 days, or a post-delivery change of heart.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Upon confirmation of a return, we will provide an RMA number. Affix this number to the box before shipping the product back to our warehouse.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee, dependent on product size, type, and weight, may apply when merchandise is returned. This fee covers the cost of repackaging and shipping.

Custom Duties

Edison Jacket declares all products as gifts, aiming to minimize customs duties. Customers may incur charges based on their country's policies.
